🔧 Job Summary

They are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support several projects across Ireland’s midlands. This role involves providing hands-on maintenance for critical mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

✅ Responsibilities

• • Perform maintenance on Air Handling Units (AHUs), including inspections of fan drives, belt tension, and impellers.

• • Conduct AC maintenance, checking electrical connections, condenser fans, temperatures, and pressures.

• • Maintain boilers, ensuring flue soundness, condensate drainage, and safety guards.

• • Inspect calorifiers for insulation, valve functionality, and outlet temperatures.

• • Carry out pump and booster set maintenance, checking connections, starters, and seals for leaks.

• • Maintain TMV valves, ensuring proper supply of hot and cold water and cleaning filters.

• • General maintenance of smoke and fire dampers, pressurization units, AOVs, fan coil units, plumbing systems, and pipework.

• • Previous hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance.

• • Proficiency in maintaining Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, pumps, and boilers.

• • A full, valid driver’s license.
